I hired Vera as my attorney for my divorce and DV case, which was not an easy case to say the least. However, Vera and her team were AMAZING throughout the entire process! She was extremely dedicated, professional, compassionate and understanding through it all. She put all of my stress and fears at ease and fought for everything I wanted. I could not be happier with the final judgement of my divorce/DV case and being granted full custody of my children. I cannot thank Vera and her team enough for everything they did, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them!

I am a young man who simply wanted to in my son’s life! Thanks to Vera and her team, I received joint custody and NO child support! I didn’t know what to expect going into because I’ve only heard all of the horror stories from other fathers…ie…”the system is designed for the women, no one cares about the men, you will always have to pay child support …etc” but I can confidently say with the right team you too can be vindicated!

After spending two years with another attorney that left me bewildered, unsatisfied, and broke, I found Vera. She literally saved me . I was able to come to an agreeable settlement which is still ongoing, however it only took approximately 6 weeks to get there. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a divorce.

Once I met with Vera I knew my children and I were in good hands. Unfortunately, I had started out with another lawyer who did a poor job representing me. Vera and her staff were amazing right from the moment of consultation. I felt like I was particularly “needy” through out my case and I never was made to feel that way from the Bergermann team. I was always treated as if I were the only client she was dealing with. The knowledge of the letter of the law along with the tenacity and diligent work ethic of this law firm is very evident in how the conduct their business and evident in the successes of the outcomes in their cases. From consultation until divorce trial’s end Mrs. Bergermann’ s efforts and attention to detail were absolute. Her conduct was always professional, respectful and compassionate. Ethically, she was faultless in her advisement. Her experience and positive attitude always left me with encouragement. Her staff, especially Chris, were always available and knowledgeable in her absence. I also felt attorney fees were very reasonable for this 2 1/2 year process. The proceeding failed in expediency due to the other party’s willingness to compromise.
